Our boxes are made of 47% recycled cardboard & FSC certified virgin cardboard, MADE trays composed of 80% recycled plastic, and our ice packs are 100% water.

We're always trying to make our packaging better so we can be kinder to the environment without messing with the taste and safety of our food.
Our cardboard boxes and Coola Box insulation are made from recycled cardboard and FSC certified pulp, which makes them super easy to recycle at home. You can toss them in with all our other MADE containers, sauce pots, and recipe cards. Plus, our ice packs are filled with good ol' NZ water, and the outside wrapping and sauce sachets can be recycled through our Soft-Plastic Recycling Programme or at your local soft plastic recycling spot. Easy as!
Suppliers
We're passionate about working with local, awesome food suppliers who care about quality. We keep things fresh by planning our menus and picking our produce based on what's in season. This not only gives you a delicious variety of healthy options, but also helps us support the old-school way of rotating crops during each season. Plus, it saves on unnecessary food mileage, making it better for the planet.
Low Waste
We love doing our part to take care of the environment and community! By ordering just what we need from our suppliers to pack your order, we are able to cut down on waste and reduce our carbon footprint. We also make sure that any extra food left over at the end of the week goes to local food charities so that it can be put to good use.
